A line has been crossed and I can no longer remain where I was, I HAVE to expand

For a couple of weeks I dived into naughty
Eating mindfully what I wanted
But realising that actually it was the MIND that wanted the rubbish
Not the BODY
What a journey already and I’ve not even jumped into raw eating yet, although I am mostly raw now throughout the day and just having a cooked meal in the evening; that has been my preparation for the last three weeks before d-day
Interestingly because I allowed myself the naughtiness, I lost interest in junk very quickly. Something clicked and now it feels as if I am going through the motions until the 13th when I am going to change everything around. I realise that I just don’t want to eat foods that make me lethargic any longer, watching the energy dips after the heavy foods has been very intriguing though, albeit frustrating.
What I find most interesting however is that what once satisfied me
Now does not
I’ve already expanded into who I am becoming on an energetic level, and the denser foods are symbolic to who I used to be. There is only now a yearning for spiritual, emotional and physical lightness of being; the inner work (meditation) of the past 20 years now fully ripening like a delicious mango does on a tree.
Inner and outer are merging
And although this is only intuitive at this stage
I KNOW what is being asked of me
And I am READY to step into my full power
A power that is run on natures finest
Raw fruits and veggies
Just as it grows
Without tampering, changing, cooking, or seasoning
Pure
Light
Sacred
This journey feels like a rite of passage
Crossing a line
Becoming whole
Honest
True
These words literally pour forth from my soul
My heart open to what is before me
Humbled to walk this path
To lay the foundations for the rest of my life
I honour my truth
