With food, alcohol, cigarettes, medication, drugs
Time now to realise your worth
Appreciate your place on earth
Accept yourself for who you are, just as you are

Your job is to Unlearn
~ we’ve all steered way off course
Trying to fit into what society deems appropriate
Forgetting that we are each a unique expression of source energy
Can you strip the expectations away
To reveal your unfathomable beauty underneath

For this is who you truly are
This is the work
Sitting on your cushion day after day
Committing to uncovering who you truly are
