Like Medusa turned her victims into stone, so our addiction grinds our lives to a halt
And I’ve witnessed both sides of the story;
Been setĀ in stone myself, sure there was no way out
And then the spell was overturned as I took control of my life and began to believe in the magic that is all around.

Meditation is like a magic wand; able to wake us up from the dream and SEE clearly at last.Ā
For why would we continue to say NO to life?Ā
Why would we carry on living less than our worth?
