We are nearing the end of our May ‘Trigger Free Challenge’ over in the online programme and it’s been a game-changer for many. This is a technique I’ve been doing myself for a number of years and the process gets easier and easier the more you do it. Just like anything in life really; whether that is a positive or negative act, repeat it enough times and it just became a habit. So UNlearn the negative behaviour and RElearn another, one which supports your spiritual growth.

What are you programming your life to be?
What are you doing day in and day out that makes up your existence?
What do you believe to be true?
And are you willing to sit on your cushion and ask? (more about that in tomorrow blog)

YOU are choosing your experience every second of everyday, whether that is consciously or unconsciously. Sometimes it is good to get out of your comfort zone and take a good look at the decisions you are making and begin the process from unconsciously-creating your life to consciously-creating.

The ‘Trigger Free Me’ technique has been a very helpful tool for much of this community to make that leap….
