Every Monday you will read something that has been said by one of the Quantum Sobriety Online Programme members over in our lively private forum:

“One word for this year. 
AMAZING 

This time last year I was drinking stupidly heavily and had a horrid life surrounded by my alcohol. My family were affected by this but most importantly my little boy was affected. 
I can’t even describe the difference this year has provided me with. I’ve always been an extremely strong character but I can honestly say I lost that in transition somewhere along my alcoholic journey. Admitting to myself that my drink was causing my lack in strength power and ability to love truly and with feeling was one of the best things I’ve ever done. 

I started drinking heavily at the age of 13-14.
I know sometimes look in the mirror and wonder if I could look younger if I hadn’t of abused myself. I’ve put to bed so many huge issues in my life. In fact my whole outlook on life has changed incredibly!
I sit in peace with people questioning if I’m ok because I’m quiet. My reply these days is ‘it’s so beautifully quiet in here’ 

This year has proved who I really am. It’s shown me the ‘L’ that has been hiding all these years had nothing to hide from because it’s all beautiful really. Yes we have shit and arguments. We have down time we have highs. They are all put in place to teach us what we doing right and wrong. They all change us and educate us.

Thank you to every single person who has stood by me during this amazing year to get me where I am right now. 
If I could take a piece of me to show anyone who is struggling right now I gladly would in a heartbeat.
Thank you jo for always being my rock and teaching me so much! I’ve said it before but you should feel one proud lady to give every one of us a piece of YOUR  Your in my thoughts daily.”
