“Remember the power of how you think – it becomes your reality. If you keep having negative thoughts about yourself or your situation this is what it will be. My journey to freedom from booze taught me not to countenance the concept of failure. Failure is a perception, an attachment to a particular outcome. I reality ‘Failure’ is an opportunity to learn and to grow and to keep moving forwards and towards alignment. It’s a good thing. If you trip up on your journey to sobriety, you haven’t failed. You have an opportunity to learn something big and important about yourself and to leap forwards on your journey to freedom.”
