I’d like to share with you a post that our QS Guide Richard in Margate put up last week, about his own recent feelings. Richard will be with me TOMORROW for the QS Margate workshop, details below. Hope you can join us both!
“Just some thoughts:
Jo posted today and the word victim. This has really resonated within me.
For years I felt the victim, blamed my addictions on someone or something else.
But I no longer do. I have transcended my addictions with daily meditation and the guided meditations from Jo.
I own my addiction no one else. I don’t blame anyone I did it to myself, drink drugs and medication all have additive chemicals. Nor is it a chronic disease. I was extremely selfish, but that was my addiction not my heart and Soul. I’ve come to love with compassion my family, friends, all of you on this forum and every living soul. My spirit, energy, soul was not born an addict. Knowing this I feel empowered.
I have transcended my addictions 👊
We all can do this with daily meditation, willpower, discipline and a lot of love for oneself.
Again I would like to thank all of you for all your love ❤️”
