“Wow a timely blog. I have been thinking about leaving the group as it will be 2 years in June since I joined…where has the time gone. The journey has taken many twists and turns with numerous lapses along the way. However I am different now and alcohol is not a part of my life…I know what it is and what it does and want no connection to it. Meditation has completely changed me in how I think and live. In short the tools the programme has given me have set me free. A huge thank you Jo for you are the beacon and I’m incredibly grateful that I found you.
