“So it’s a beautiful day and before I go into my garden I just want to say how grateful I am for this group, Jo and her team. There is always something inspirational posted here which adds to the support of others. Whenever I need guidance, support or just answers to questions I can always find it here. I attended an event last week where mostly everyone was drinking and I had a few nostalgic drinking thoughts! Sure enough when I popped on here there was a piece in a webinar about such thoughts and false beliefs. Seemed to appear just when I needed it! Love this tribe xx”
