And so it begins
The journey to loving-self
And the freshness of a New Year

And because we are not taught this at school and in our mainstream society, it is an alien concept to most not to drink or eat crap. This is of course why we (those in the QS community) seem to stand out, so it is your job to surround yourself with those that understand you, and support your ascension journey. For DOUBT is a killer; when you allow those that do not understand where you are going,

To pull you back to where THEY feel comfortable

Now I know if I had remained in some of my old relationships, friendships, and jobs that I would never have been able to do what I do today; for they would not allow me to fly. It was too scary for them to watch me push the boundaries of societies norm.

These old friendships felt like a huge volume of water
trying to fit into a tiny pot

It was in fact impossible for me to conform any longer, and contort myself into what was being asked of me. In this situation you become unaligned and ultimately resentful for being held back, so it becomes the kindest act of all; to set everyone free, to allow everyone involved to be true to themselves.

This is our path
One to support humanity waking up

WE ARE SUCH AN IMPORTANT PART OF IT

Can you see that?
Can you comprehend how important you are?

That your role in this play of life is centre stage right now;
You transcending your addiction will send ripples out so much farther than you could ever imagine,
Will reach so many people
Giving them also the green light to ascend

YOU are important
YOUR journey counts
YOU are being asked to step out into truth and lead the way

Why are we so scared to be different?
Why do we shudder in fear when speaking our truth?
Why is it so difficult to break away from expectation?
Why are we so afraid of not gaining others approval?

When this shifts it will change your life
For rather than living via others consent
You will live purely from the heart

It will actually not make any sense to do anything other than be true to yourself
And naturally there may be people in your life that cannot handle your newfound
P O W E R
These people will fall away
Some kicking and screaming, others without another word
And new friendships will emerge
Sustainable, healthy, supportive, nurturing connections

Your new friends only want you to flourish
There is no restriction to the bond between you
It is an unconditional agreement based upon trust and truth

Is that not what you want?
Is that not what you deserve? 

Have a few of these friends
Rather than a hundred of the other
And soon your whole life will be filled with authenticity, laughter, acceptance and love
Who knows what could then happen…..
