We know we’ve got to change our mindset if we want to see change in our outer world.
And REPETITION is the key to doing this.
Now I am always banging on about meditation, and one of the techniques that I use is MANTRA; saying the same thing over and over again and using a mala to count the repetitions. As a Tibetan Buddhist I personally use:

Om Mani Padme Hung

And even have the words tattooed around my wrist (the mantra is never ending because the letters form a circle). It translates as ‘The jewel in the lotus‘, meaning that it doesn’t matter where you’ve been or what you’ve done, there is always potential within, we all have it. And just like a lotus grows from mud, our adversity becomes our strength. You would have heard me say before that I believe addicts are not weak, but strong; we are the ones that have the unusual opportunity to stop drinking all together, rather than systematically continuing to ‘moderately’ put a poison in our bodies and call it ‘fun’.
I generally say this mantra around 1,000 times per day and it forms the first 15 minutes of my daily meditation.

Now what I would recommend is finding a word, phrase or affirmation whose energy you would like to embody. Something that feels like an upgrade, a leap, a jump UP. Word/s that make your skin tingle and your frequency lift. We have been working with this in the online course, with everyone pondering this very question. Here are some examples:

The rules of this exercise are that the word/phrase/affirmation has to be in the present tense, and must not include any negative words i.e.: you WOULDN’T say ‘I no longer struggle’, you’d say instead ‘Life is full of ease’.

Words hold vibration so you ONLY want a higher vibration
You are stepping UP
And then when we begin to repeat these words over and over again the energy is magnified. So be really careful what you say! And which words or phrase you choose…
