And we’ll never be the same again
We can keep doing this over and over again
Gently hopping timelines to a new land

And it will eventually seem like you become someone new
You’ll look back and hardly recognise yourself

But it seems so alien to you now that the journey has been taken
Almost like looking in on someone else’s life

Then take this permission
Know it was meant for you

And one day it could be you
Walking into a foreign land
Not understanding the language
Not understanding the customs
Not understanding the food

What seemed normal to you back then
