I had to share this with you TODAY on the super New Moon which fell at 03:47 BST. A Supermoon means the moon is closer to the Earth than usual, and that the energies are even stronger than usual; this one also coincides with a Solar Eclipse = INTENSE! At this time we will feel a heightened connection with downloads and insights coming through much stronger; I’d highly recommend you do MORE journalling and MORE meditation than usual.

Set a new intention for yourself for this next cycle today, seeing as the energy is SO unbelievably intense as a gateway opens for you to step up to the Next Level.

We are coming into an age of self-understanding, and of the realisation that we do in fact have the answers within; this will become much more apparent as July progresses. The ‘old’ way of doing things just will not be satisfactory any longer, and you may have family and friends approaching you to ask about your practice and lifestyle; they will have been picking up on your energy over the past months/years but only NOW being able to articulate that this is actually something that they would also like to explore.

I remember feeling who I really was for the first time in many many years when I first got sober…

Fatigue was intense.
Sadness was immense.
Fear was present.
Sex was incredible.
Celebrations seemed dull.
Tomorrow seemed forever.
Anxiety felt overwhelming.
