Read something that has been said by one of the Quantum Sobriety Online Programme members over on the very lively private forum:

Sometimes it can all seem a bit of a struggle. Like you can’t be bothered to do any of it. Meditation can seem unimportant. These are the times when you need to work the hardest and force yourself onto the cushion no matter what. If you are anything like me when you feel like this, the chances are your meditation practice will also be ‘rubbish’. Sitting for 10 minutes will feel like forever with your mind flying all over the place when you do. I would suggest, however, that if can’t cope with the idea of doing 10 mins, do 20. This is when you need to meditate the most. Meditate, meditate, meditate. And don’t be sloppy about it either; sit properly and respect your practice. Please don’t underestimate the importance of meditation in relation to your sobriety. I had a bit of a sobriety scare recently which really rocked my foundations and so I am going right back to practice in order the meditations from the start of Year 1 to really work this through.
