Fridays are notoriously triggering as it’s not only Friday night you are thinking about but Saturday lunches with friends, Saturday evening out in the pub with friends and Sunday lunch with wine.
So Friday MORNING is the time to get your head rewired and get in place some alternatives.
PLANNING is key here
What are you going to do instead?
What are you going to drink instead?
Where are you going to go instead?
What do you believe right now is going to be the outcome?
Get into the vibration of where you want to be NOW and remain in that frequency throughout the weekend; do not allow yourself to doubt or drop
