Five Top Tips For YOU Post Upgrade 💫

It’s been a ridiculously powerful week or so, with internal and external shifts for all of us. Even if you are not conscious of these upgrades, be sure that they have happened. Once through the Lions Gate on Tuesday, I personally had a very stressful Wednesday where I felt pulled in all directions. Post upgrade is as important as during and the word that keeps on coming to me over and over again recently is:


Now that we have uplevelled we may feel a little out of sorts
This may present itself as a test; are you committed? Do you really want this higher frequency?
It will take a little time to adjust to this new place, like going on holiday and learning where to avoid, finding the best places to eat and where the prettiest beach is.

I’m sure you’re not going to be surprised to hear me say that meditation will fast track this process so that you find your feet in this new world.

And you are not going to be able to live the way you did;
Like trying on clothes that no longer fit, if you try and squeeze into your old life you’ll feel it pinching and creating great discomfort. So, what do you do?

Here are my top five tips:

  1. Meditate meditate meditate
  2. Journal journal journal
  3. Find a community who UNDERSTANDS what you are going through, and who you can bounce ideas around with and get advice
  4. Do a ton of self-care and make sure you spend time alone to reflect on how YOU are feeling; none of us are going through exactly the same, so we need to be clear about our direction
  5. Get your routine manageable so that there is time for your practice (of meditation, journaling, connecting to the community, self-care), and you are not overwhelmed by these new energies

The light wants to come in
Create a welcoming environment for it to seep into
So that it can become STABLE

We are away for a week and this holiday really couldn’t have come at a better time for me. I am being called to practice for much longer each day and over the next seven days I plan to cement this, so that on my return to ‘normal’ life I already have my new habit in place.
