Craving Silence 🤫

I chose to be in silence when the rest of the group on retreat were talking, I even sat with them on one of our breaks and listened to their conversation, with absolutely no desire to speak.

Craving silence is something that has become normal for me
The contrast to my usual chitter chatter when teaching and hosting retreats is divine
I love the polarity
And
Silence is the launchpad to your inner world;
To be alone with your thoughts
And comfortable with them
Takes a deep level of self acceptance

Please try it regularly if you don’t already
Diary some time when no one will need you (family, work, kids)
And turn inward
Listen to your chitter chatter
See where the mind wants to go
What does it want to SAY?

Journal like mad during these periods
Capture your silent journey
Who knows where it will lead you…

Member Quote Of The Day:

Read here something that has been said by one of the Quantum Sobriety Online Programme members over in our lively private forum:

Love how the online monthly programme delivers just what we need at the right time. I’ve been feeling really overwhelmed lately, really irritable and that there’s not enough time to get done everything I would like to.
Received the year 2 month 5 email entitled overcoming overwhelm and the content and meditation is exactly what I need right now. “If things aren’t done today then they weren’t meant to be done today!”
Lots of love to everyone 💜 xx
