The Pull Back Too Much To Bear❓

Tough times are upon us
We are being pulled back
Tested like never before
And for those of us who choose to live in integrity, we are being asked to leave behind all that is not in alignment with us.

This process is not MEANT to be an easy one
As we shed our old selves
For some the skin will fall effortlessly to the floor
But for most it is being torn off
Yanked away from the raw newness of who you are becoming

When the wish to live in truth has been recognised, nothing else comes even close
We feel like we’re walking in mud
Heavy, lost and fatigued
This is the process of peeling away the mask of who we have been pretending to be, and if you are experiencing this exhaustion then do you know what? You are on the right path. Doesn’t seem like it does it, but it’s true; transformation hurts as we stretch, grow and morph into something new.

Then, when you find your truth
All comes into focus
At first, just for a few seconds
A fleeting moment of bliss

So your work is to discover the river of alignment
And step into it regularly
Get to know it’s flowing quality
And even though it is all new, you instinctively KNOW that you are in the right place
For it is EASY here
Effortless

The current global slingshot that we are in is a monstrous one
It towers over us
But it has to be this way
We must feel the full force of the pull back before we can enjoy the fruits of the propulsion forwards
And boy will it be worth it
So please hold true
BELIEVE in you
Stay coherent
Meditate
Connect
It’s going to be all right if you do….

Member Quote Of The Day.

In this section you will read something that has been said by one of the Quantum Sobriety Online Programme members over on the very lively private forum:

I’ve met some lovely people in different areas of my life since giving up booze and seem to have fast tracked into good meaningful friendships with them. I set the intention. It’s a million miles from the isolating that I used to do (home alone boozing)…. I used to pretend that I didn’t like people but the reality was that I loved them and once I let this love out, I met some lovely people xx
