When we see life from a different angle
We have a great opportunity
To witness another’s viewpoint
Or shift our own perception

I was lucky enough to be sitting in just the perfect seat on my flight to Spain last week
To see where my parents live from above
I’ve been coming here for more than 20 years
Yet never seen the area quite like this before

To live a different way
& experience something new
We must have a shift in consciousness
For me
Going on retreat, or holiday, gives me exactly that
And it only needs to be a few days away
To see everything in a totally fresh way…
