A Different Kind Of Fun ๐Ÿ˜Š

There are a few myths I’d like to bust in my quest to change the conversation around addiction. This one is a long-held belief of society’s, many of my clients, and in the past me:

I hear it all the time
Protestations from fledgeling soberites
That this journey is too difficult because they will no longer fit in

โš ๏ธ Newsflashโš ๏ธย

You were NEVER MEANT to fit in beautiful
You were always meant to stand out
Be your unique gorgeous self

Why on earth do you WANT to be like everybody else
And let’s face it
‘Normal’ in western culture means:
Dumbing down
Saying the same
Looking the same
Like a row of robots

Now if you’ve been reading this blog for a while
Then you are going to know that it is based upon connecting to, and then following, your heart / truth

It is going to be DIFFERENT for everyone
No two ‘funs’ will be the same!
You don’t have to fit in with others’ fun
Find your own
And you can then NEVER go wrong…

Member Quote Of The Day:

Read here something that has been said by one of the Quantum Sobriety Online Programme members over in our lively private forum:

Every glass of wine delays the process. Every glass of wine keeps us in limbo. Itโ€™s not a glass of wine itโ€™s a glass of powerlessness and grief. Sobriety is not for everyone because most people canโ€™t deal with their shit.
