Recommit
With every breath
Over and over again
It’s not a one-shot-deal
Connect to this part of yourself in meditation
Get to know the sober aligned you
And the chaos will become less and less attractive
Until
One day
You wake up and realise
You don’t CHOOSE the chaos any longer
