Read something that has been said by one of the Quantum Sobriety Online Programme members over on the very lively private forum:
“I’m working hard on understanding and processing what has thrown me so far out of kilter. I think my tears have added to the levels of flood water these last few days! 
It’s so important to do this though, rather than run away from it all, which is what I would have done before I found sobriety. Fleetingly (in the big scheme of things) I wandered back into my old ‘victim’ state of being and got stuck there (it’s a very deep hole created by decades of self-abuse). Not today. Today I’ve remembered that I am free and that my world is full of opportunity, love and excitement I must give a huge thanks to Jo De Rosa too for helping me out of the hole. Thanks Jo, you are just the best xxxx”
