Your Struggle Is A Catalyst 🌠

NEW BLOG:

Make none of it wrong
It was all meant to be like this
On some level you chose (consciously or unconsciously) this experience
Life is one big lesson
And we are eternal school children
Each day learning new skills and diving deeper into who we really are

WITHOUT the addiction / struggle / drama that you are currently going through there is no opportunity to change, so can you see that the problems are actually GIFTS? Guiding you through your demons and out the other side, your addiction is your teacher, and the catalyst for a new life.

Right now write down all of the things that you have GAINED from your addiction. It could be meditation, the QS community, new friends, and most importantly of all a profound new relationship with YOUrself. See if you can start with at least five benefits, and begin to see how the addiction / struggle has been serving you. Make friends with it, understand it; only then will you be able to transcend it…..

Member Quote Of The Day.

In this section you will read something that has been said by one of the Quantum Sobriety Online Programme members over on the very lively private forum:

This was the most courageous and bloody scary thing I’ve ever done (jumping off a cliff into the sea) but I let go. I trusted myself and I just took the leap! Sobriety is that for me and QS gave me the courage to take that jump and keep jumping!!!!
