When do YOU meditate?
Morning? Lunchtime? Before bed? When you can fit it in?
Do you have a morning routine?
Evening routine?
ANY routine?
And if there isn’t a routine, how on earth are you expecting meditation to become a new habit? It’s not going to just happen; you have to make it happen.
And if every single thought is going to be perceived differently AFTER meditation, this means that every single thing you do for the rest of the day will be filtered through a clearer channel. This is why a morning meditation practice is ideal. It’s like you plant the seeds of your day first thing and then watch them grow throughout the coming hours.
YOU GET MORE DONE
Because you do everything differently
And I cannot emphasise this enough
If you get up at the last minute in the morning (no matter what your daily commitments are) and begin your day on the back foot, squeezing in everything that you need to, rushing from one thing to the next, then you are going to be stressed!
But
If you get up 30 minutes earlier to meditate and get into a calm state, then you take that energy into everything that you do. You literally bend time; change it; create more of it, and this is exactly what I have done in my life to fit so much in effortlessly.
During meditation your beliefs change
Perceptions of life upgrade
Meaning that you view life completely differently after that 30 minutes
So
You take this altered state into your chores, work, relationships
Can you see HOW everything changes because of it?
You will literally never be the same again
So
