Just WOW!
Thank you so much to everybody that joined me in person yesterday and also online. It was more than I could ever have imagined, and at last the QS book has been launched! 🚀
There are so many people that have supported me through this process and I would like to thank them all. Writing a book doesn’t just happen; like the recovery journey it takes a lot of determination and commitment, thrown in with a splash of doubt here and there.

At times, as like during substance abuse or I’m sure the launch of a rocket, it has seemed as though I was never going to even reach the launch pad. 🚀 So many excuses not to sit down and get this book planned, written and edited, and I can say with my hand on my heart that the QS process has been my biggest support to get me here today. And of course it is the passion to SHARE this with the world that has been such a drive; NO person should struggle through addiction alone, or feel hopeless in their lives. Remember CONNECTION is the opposite of addiction and being a part of the QS community means that you are never alone, and the book will be an integral part of your toolkit to freedom. 🚀

As I say in the livestream below, my intention for the book is to change the conversation around addiction and for it to cease being taboo. So many of my clients do not want it to be public knowledge that they are/have been in the programme, unfortunately there is a lot of shame still. The thing is the QS has been running for over two years yet nobody knows what it is about, because it’s all underground. This book will change that; it is now out in the open!
And nearly 3 years after beginning to write, it feels so great to finally have the book in my hands!
